I’m going to travel to the UK. I’ll take an umbrella, just in case.

We’re going to play the final match this afternoon. I’m think we’ll win! We’ve trained really hard!

Vamos a jugar el partido final esta tarde. Creo que ganaremos. ¡Hemos entrenado muy duro!

My mum’s going to cook paella next Sunday. Probably, I will eat something different, as I don’t like paella.

Mi madre va a hacer paella el próximo domingo. Probablemente comeré otra cosa, ya que no me gusta la paella.

Tomorrow they’re going to do the most important exam of the year. If they don’t study, I’m sure they’ll fail.

Mañana van a hacer el examen más importante del año. Si no estudian, suspenderán.

RECUERDA!!

BE GOING TO: suele ir acompañado de expresiones de tiempo (next week, in an hour, etc.)

WILL: suele ir acompañado de expresiones de posibilidad (maybe, perhaps, I think, I’m sure, I believe, I hope, it’s likely, etc.)

En BE GOING TO y PRESENT CONTINUOUS debes conjugar el «BE» (He is going to dance; they’re having a party tomorrow).
